Cardiff UCU attends quarterly JCNFs with Cardiff University senior management and our sister unions, Unite and Unison. These meetings discuss matters which require collective agreement, or relevant collective matters which have not been resolved through informal means. They are an important forum for the trade unions to raise issues that affect our members with the aim of reaching collective agreement.

To keep members up to date with issues we raise and the work we do to take collective claims to JCNF, we have started writing meeting summaries from the academic year 2023-2024. These are linked to below.
