Working Group: Contracts, Conditions and Casualisation (‘CCC’)
We invite all Cardiff UCU members to come along to meetings of the Contracts, Conditions and Casualisation (‘CCC’) Working Group. This is our group for addressing concerns around things like workload, working conditions and casualised employment (such as fixed term contracts, hourly paid, and ‘relevant factors’-type contracts). If you have questions or concerns about any of these things, please join us! It’s a friendly group and we welcome anyone who hasn’t been before – including PGRs, early career academics and professional services staff – so it’s a great way to get more involved with the union.
